Facebook and Instagram

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to your Orkis dashboard, any of these deletes the connection and the access token we hold, at once:

1. On your dashboard, under the post maker, press Disconnect.
2. In Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Orkis → Remove. Meta tells us, and we delete the token the moment the notice arrives.
3. From the same screen you can send a data deletion request. You will receive a confirmation code; it looks like a1b2c3d4e5f60718. Keep it: it is the receipt that we processed the request, and you can quote it to us if you ever want to check.

Deleting the connection does not delete anything on Facebook or Instagram itself. Posts already published stay on your Page until you remove them there.

Everything else

To have your Orkis account, your uploaded photos, the designs and posts the tools made, or an enquiry you sent removed, email hello@orkisgroup.com from the address on the account and say what you want deleted. We confirm by reply and complete it within 30 days, usually within a few days. Encrypted backups are overwritten on a fourteen-day cycle, after which no copy remains.

Clients can also delete individual designs and posts from their dashboard at any time; that removes the files immediately.
